Prace nad projektem IBC stanowią doskonały przykład projektowania, celem którego jest optymalizacja istniejących warunków zabudowy i w efekcie wprowadzenie rozwiązań mających wpływ na powstanie nowego miejscowego planu zagospodarowania, będącego alternatywą do istniejącego roboczego Planu Miejscowego i pozwalającego na stworzenie linii zabudowy, podkreślającej usytuowanie budynków w sąsiedztwie Ronda Jazdy Polskiej u zbiegu dwóch najważniejszych szlaków komunikacyjnych Warszawy.Innowacyjność, nowoczesność, dbałość o jakość każdego detalu została dostrzeżona i nagrodzona.
Designed to be a new urban landmark on a city scale the IBC is made up of one spatial form enveloping two independent office buildings, that can be joined on a floor by floor basis. Building I comprises twelve above ground floors and building II fifteen above-ground stories with common goods delivery area and shared ramp access to the underground carpark. Each part of the development is serviced with three underground levels of parking. In both urban and architectural terms, IBC exerts a commanding and memorable presence over this part of the city. The development has been officially recognised and twice awarded as “building of the year” for its innovation, the highly modern and flexible workspace created within it and the overall attention to interior and exterior detail.
